No one needs a gym membership to get in a Great shape . You can get fit at home using body weight exercises or you can invest your gym fee in some mid weight dumbbell to increase the intensity of workout.

According to studies their are 5 steps for fitness


1. A warm up
Warm up exercise and before exercise stretching
Warming up is a preparation for physical exertion or a performance by exercising or practising gently beforehand, usually undertaken before a performance or practice. Athletes, singers, actors and others warm up before stressing their muscles. 

2. A cardiovascular (aerobic) workout
  • Brisk walking.
  • Running.
  • Jogging or jogging in place.
  • Burpees.
  • Bear crawls.
  • Swimming.
  • Cycling/bicycling.

3. Resistance (strength) training

Strength training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the use of weights but can take a variety of different forms.
Pushups, pull-ups, dumbbell curls , barbell rows, squats, shoulders press, are strength training exercises

4. Flexibility exercises
Here are some exercise to increase flexibility
Yoga exercises, increasing flexibility , improve posture

5. A Cool down

Cooling down is an easy exercise, done after a more intense activity, to allow the body to gradually transition to a resting or near-resting state. Depending on the intensity of the exercise, cooling down can involve a slow jog or walk.
