But what exactly does it mean to have a weak immune system. The immune system is main factor right now in the fight against the viral disease Covid-19 . This dangerous virus  affect people who have weak immune system across the world and who have compromised with their immunity. 
So the question is how to protect yourself and someone who have weak immune system during the COVID-19 pandemic and after it (all the time).

There are some common signs of a weak immune system. Take a moment to notice if you suffer from any of these Signs and how to deal with them.

1. Constant fatigue (why i am so tired)

So talking about our daily life, we work hard day and night to fulfill needs and achieve our goals. So feel tired after working so hard is natural is daily routine. But even after taking enough and proper rest if you feel tired , so it may be a pointer that your immunity is weak and require some extra help and support. When your body immune system is not working properly then is not capable of fighting with infection. 

2. Frequently cold and cough

It is very normal to have cold and cough two , three times a year. And people can recover it from mostly in a week or 6 to 10 days. But if you frequently suffering from cough and cold , then it is a clear indicator that you have a weak immune system. And you have to very careful about this.


3. Organs inflammation issues

The organ inflammation occurs due to injured cells and tissue by toxins food, bacteria , heat and other causes. Organ inflammation can affect the body immune system and slow down the body immunity. Any injury to body cells and tissue that may lead to organ inflammation is a sign of weak immunity.


4. Late growth and development of child

Weakness of immune system may lead to delay growth and development of children. If you notice any delay in development of your child them you should consult your family doctor or paediatrician (child's doctor) . Sometimes growth related problems occurs due to lack of nutrition, so in that case doctor could recommend a proper nutrition rich diet for your child. That proper diet is rich in protein, health fats, fibre , vitamin A, B, C, D,E and other macro and micro nutrients.

5. Slow healing of wounds and cuts

Wound healing can be delayed by factors local to the itself. But if you observe your wounds take longer time than normal than your have weak immune system. A healthy immune system healing the wounds and cuts very easily and fastly . And reduce the infection on skin by kill the germs and Bacteria. 


6. Digestive system  

Immune system become compromised when bad takes over the good. Since the balance of good Bacteria in our gut influences the immune system. 70% of immune system is our digestive system. The digestive system is gateway of health. The root of most diseases is a weak digestive system. There are some good and beneficial Bacteria in our gut to defend the body from infection and support immunity.

7. High stress

When we are stressed, then the immune system ability to fight antigens is reduced. That's why we are more susceptible to infection. The stress hormone affects the immune system. However, frequent stress over little things is not good for mental health.
This may result in inflamation and reduce white blood cells and result in weakness of immune system.
