No, we are not talking about high rated rarely available superfoods . These are the indian superfoods which are easily available in your local market.
These foods are not so costly. Also these super foods have multiple Health benefits , versatile uses and it suits all body types. These are locally produced, easily available and also pocket friendly.

So without further delay lets get started 

1. Jackfruit (कटहल या कटेर)

Jackfruit is quite very healthy and rich in nutrients.
Provides a moderate amount of calories but lots of fibre, vitamin, minerals and antioxidants. It has a distinctive flavour and used in wide variety of dishes. It also helps in weight loss by boosting metabolism of your body. For vegetarians it's a alternative for meat biryani, people uses jackfruit for making veg biryani because of high in protein and fiber


2. Green gram ( हरी मूंग दाल)

Hari moong dal or green gram probably suits all the body types. Highly rich in protein, fibre, potassium, vitamin B6 and other nutrients. It's easy to digest and good for both fat loss and muscle building. In India moond dal is consumed in many different types of dishes and it strengthens the whole body.

3.Moringa (drumsticks) या सहजन की फलीया        

Some people don't know about moringa but it has many powerful nutrients. It contain phosphorus and also calcium more than milk which keeps bones healthy and strong. Moringa leaves has
3✖️ times iron than spinach (पालक).  Uses moringa powder for detox your body taking 1 table spoon with warm water.

4. Mango (आम) 

Everybody know we called it king of fruits. It has really amazing benefits. Mango improves your digestion and helps in lower your cholesterol. Mango promotes eye health and also it helps in clear the skin. Also it helps in regulating diabetes . It's very tasty and seasonal super foods in market. Mango has enough benefits which are not listed here. So enjoy your mango.


5. Lemon 🍋 (नींबू)

We are quite aware of
Lemon is rich in vitamin C , anti oxidizing, anti inflammatory, and helps in weight loss. It freshens your breathe and clean your body from inside like a inside shower. It keeps your body hydrated and full of mineral. Keeping lemon in your kitchen keeps germs and insects away from kitchen.
Drinking lemon with warm water helps in weight loss.
If you have sudden pain in your stomach then eat a little lemon pickle and its pain relieve very fast.
