How to make ginger-turmeric smoothie
Ingredients.
1. Ginger
2. Turmeric
3. Milk
4. Banana
5. Cinnamon powder
Lets start the recipe
1. Take a blender , add 1 inch ginger , 2 pinch of turmeric, 1 glass of milk , 1 banana and and 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder.
2. Blend until You get a smooth consistency.
3. If you require a little sweet taste, add 1 tablespoon of honey in the mix.
For best result have it in early morning post workout.
